Just saying, for example, talking about doing Lease/Options gets you nailed locally as some scammer if it's not usual and customary methods, you may give too much info out.I have not blogged really, I do battle in the forums, LOL, blogging would keep you out of confrontation from competing opinions, it's the way I'd go if I were doing business

Ghettos are generally lower income areas with high rates of unemployment and people on fixed incomes (disability, social security, etc) lower property values, lower rated schools, poorly maintained properties, empty lots and an overabundance of churches, nail/hair/barber shops and liquor stores.Warzones typically embody all the elements of a ghetto but also include overt gang activities, prostitution, drug dealing/using and lots of vagrants/homeless people.

I get mine preprinted at dirtcheapsigns.com  then use roofing ring shank nails with plastic washers and nail them about 8-9' high on telephone poles around town, I use a step ladder to do mine.Any area will have distressed sellers and distressed properties needing repairs and updating.

Make sure you DON'T nail your mouldings to the floor but to the wall base otherwise you have locked the floor down and will cause it to buckle and unlock with time.
