Of course it helps to be a practitioner of the strategy on the borrower and originator fronts so I get to see how things are working from two different angles and tweaking product and strategy on a continual basis.You dont need the AIO or all in one loan to implement the strategy though however the AIO makes your life a lot easier with the auto sweep checking account as opposed to what I do where I have to manually ACH over money into my commercial line.Good luck on implementing this strategy too Lincoln.

But as @Bill Gulley said, any decent bookkeeping system can automate transactions.90% of my tenants pay via ACH either with the bank or with eRentPayment.com.

They do not allow for ACH debits, which is how most auctions in MD work. 

CAM sounds like a big head ache.   

I run Wisconsin Contractor & Handyman Club and based off the stories that I've witnessed, many would've saved a lot of heart ache if they just would've done these simple checks.
