Be sure to have a parking addendum in the lease and be clear to them up front about where they can park and how many vehicles can be on the property.

BTW I drive way nicer vehicles now then I did then with a 2003 Kia Sephia,1999 Saturn, or a 1993 Buick Regal.

This vehicle is much better suited to a rental property or as an investor loan mechanism.
