Logistics and details are another story.Is it reasonable to say if I agree to take on the expense of all this work if she agrees to pay for moving/pod + temp relocation?

The logistical issue to get around is that many of our clients work 9 to 5, and sometimes houses absolutely need to be shown after hours or on the weekend or they will just go to someone else's buyer.

I've had no issue with this in purchasing my on-market deals in the past, as the seller's agents and my agents have typically worked together pretty seamlessly to coordinate the logistics of my inspections, but I imagine this will run a bit differently when working with a wholesaler?     

Not sure all the logistics to setting it up but @Jason Minnich sounds like he knows so maybe follow what he says.As far as cost, yes USAA is definitely more expensive.

Having the full team would make this much more desirable, but again, as we all have stated, team or not, long distance flips are difficult and the logistics are the main cause of that.
