This is Varun and I'm based out of Toronto area. Very much looking forward to connect with people with the same mindset here which is REI.

At the moment, I am educating myself on BRRRR process as an investor so I can close my first deal/property with useful guidance and minimal flaws.

To begin with, I would also like to connect with local people so I can learn about the local area's logistics and real estate market.
