I have a ton to learn.I enjoy competitive BBQ cooking and coaching baseball as hobbies.I am interested in wholesaling, rehabbing and investing in rental properties, mainly single-family homes and smaller multi-family buildings (2-4 units).My short-term goal is to wholesale a few deals to get my feet wet and hopefully purchase my first rental property or rehab flip by the end of this year.

I'm not sure to what extent that this new industrial development will have on rents and sales, but either way it's a hot market.BTW I'll be investing in SFRs or multifamilies if I can find a good deal (vacation rentals are a bit out of my league).
