I wanted to outline that for you to help you understand the current environment of the professional world.

It's gotten even more difficult in this environment, but mid-construction completion loans will always be difficult to do, even if everything is in line.

I’m familiar with the technology, but I’m not sure how it would translate to a real estate environment. 

In today's yield-compressed environment, they are out there but it's not as if they can be easily acquired without some sweat and hustle.

It is NOT going to be a 'high appreciation' type of environment.  

In this environment wealth is transferred from lenders to creditors.

The lending environment is shifting and difficult to predict, even if rates level out during that period.

By implementing energy-efficient appliances and lighting, using environmentally-friendly cleaning products, and promoting recycling and composting, you can show your tenants that you care about the environment and their health.

I am entering a new stage in my life, but as a young graduate, am extremely determined to save money for myself in this extremely costly environment that has developed over the past several years.
