They seem to think prices of properties will start to drop.So if you can rest (3 jobs at break neck speed can cost you health wise) plus you want to live to see the fruits of your labor and start looking around in 12 months you might be in better shape to make serious moves.Just a thought.Good luck in your investing!

Code violation = you can call the county or city building department, code enforcement department or even health department.

They do this with mold a lot, even though the odds of developing some sort of health problem from 5 minutes of walking through a house with mold is basically zero.

Prioritize the list addressing immediate concerns that include health and safety first.  

The bigger focus from my viewpoint should be the general health of the job base and trends in those industries.
