Long time no see.

Just like putting "sweat equity" into a house for money on the back end is investing.It's easy to turn your nose up when you "have it like that".

But they aren’t all crooks, it can be done ethically and legally, and fill a gap in the market, helping seller’s unload houses that most any real estate agent would turn their nose up at. 

I have always had a good response with the company but as of the last few years there service and customer service has taken a nose dive and I cannot understand what has happened.Good luck to you and hopefully your items are mailed out somewhat soon.

Some others are unable to stomach the wreckage, hold their nose up, and refuse to help.Frankly, I'm put off by your remarks and I'm sure others on this forum share this sentiment.

I've had individual investors and funds turn their nose up at the low interest rate.  

I understand how you feel...im in the seattle market which is stupid. buuut you can find good deals- you just have to have you nose down!

Please don't look down your nose at these--they are NOT trailers or double wides.
