Hi you all I have taken my exam on Feb 1st and still have not received my score can someone tell me when I shall expect the score to come through and also should I schedule another exam in case if I fail?  

I then did some very deep examination of the bathroom ceiling which is close to the air handler closet (they share a wall) and noticed some mold that was painted over in there.

You'll likely want to have several ways to examine a property if you are lucky enough to come across one.

Another issue was regarding the "Tenant having examined the property" in the lease.  

I would examine those things opposed to driving for dollars as that takes time out of your day.
