I don't think they can do a transfer for him unless it is a joint account or the bank essentially lets them because they have shown a POA.

I have photo documentation and videos of all of this.At the end of the day insurance would not cover this and we had to pull the claim.They are charging us for the full amount and I’ve been able to reduce it by about a 1/3 from $3000 to $1900.

Essentially I just want to remotely monitor the main water meter to detect when I have a leak in the building (so that I can fix it right away) and not have to find out on my bill at the end of the month.

Do you think at 7% DSCR it is even worth it, considering the fourplex will essentially just pay off its own mortgage + taxes and not have any leftover?
