It's early to start an eviction, he is paid up.I might start showing the unit now, but don't think I would sign a new rental agreement until I am more comfortable with the move out date.Do you have any clauses for penalties for breaking the lease?

I was concerned about the potential electric bill because winters in Wisconsin can be pretty brutal.In reality I kept the temperature at a comfortable level and never had an electric bill that went higher than $90 to low $100s.i loved it.
