I usually have a slab of either fresh salmon or smoked salmon or elk Jerkey as a warming gift. we call it Oregon Porch time.. this is our demographic this is who you play to.and you simply cannot learn these techniques on line or on BP... this is very advanced and well thought out marketing.

For example, found out when I was there in March for 6 month inspection that when they plugged in Christmas lights to an exterior outlet the previous November that they blew up, there was smoke, they were worried the house was going to burn down, and told me that outlet doesn’t work.

Mid 50s I think, quiet, no kids, clean, no pets, pays rent on time(he is a smoker but will gladly smoke outside).
