Don't put a damper on success....reward it and benefit from the returns.

Sure, some may comment that one is better than the other but keep in mind that is highly personal and has no bearing on what you may find more enjoyable and rewarding.  

No cattle hacking, rewards, miles, etc. 

I love the work, and I love helping people and creating mutually rewarding relationships with clients. 

Or as long as I've got non-recourse financing I can think of the cash as the investment - no other potential risk and no other potential reward. 

Politicians love their power and won't quit; they are charming a certain type of tenant (like snake charming).

I could also just do a straight arbitrage/master lease but prefer the co-host model as I see it as more equitable and disperses risk and reward more evenly between myself as the co-host and the syndication LLC as the property owner.

I expect the same outcome that has always happened at every iteration, the corrupt and elite class will find considerable gains, the lower class will seemingly reap rewards and it will only cost their complete surrender unto the enslavement existence, and the middle class will be slaughtered and battle on.

Just keep making offers and your perseverance should be rewarded.
