Hello, I’m looking for an accountant to do my taxes this year in the Battle Creek Marshall area.

Now, I don't think my experience can be chalked up to more than a "smell test," and that was only with one of their strategies (the workforce housing apartments one).

Dust, smells, noise, contractors in and out at all hours...you get the idea.If you're married, this is a decision you should talk over with your wife - and you should give her absolute veto power over it, with a guarantee of no hard feelings if she says no.A solid marriage is worth FAR more than any real estate deal.

Pretty sure I can smell success somewhere now.....

I would think you will smell BS coming a mile away.

I recently listed a 1320sqft SFH for $390 and it sold for $450 whereas this deal sat for a week at $450 and the owner dropped it to $440 so I knew I could get it without a battle or waiving inspection. 

I have a property in a different HOA neighborhood and the battle was real in regards to the STR strategy I was using. 

So, the guy who uses it first, or with the strongest website links-wise will win that battle and likely do well with it, but any other people using that same content with no edits doesn't simply stand to not do as well - they're running the risk of a penalty.

With the overpowering smell of "fake butter" popcorn, the explosive sounds, all of the light flashes, and being expected to just sit there for 2 hours, barely moving, made me vow "Never again."
