In some part of the country (Mainly in the south east) REA are not allowed to recommend either to buy or not to buy in any given neighborhood because of anti discrimination laws.

.: But I do not think the security argument really goes well with the anti-immigration argument.

the right has done a tremendous marketing job and their anti-left campaign was tremendously successful during the mid-term elections.But, if you think that *all* Americans are that stupid, I'm sorry to disappoint...The TSA is the issue of the day that the right is touting to harm the image of the left.

As long as you don't violate the discrimination laws, you're OK.It is IMPERATIVE that you understand the anti-discrimination laws AND the tenant-landlord laws in your particular state.

They still do many things (escrow funds, transactional processing compliance (Accredited Investor Verification, Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks, Anti Money Laundering (AML) Checks, Investor Suitability Checks, Transact Offerings, bad actor checks), due diligence, data retention, etc.

AML is anti money laundering.  

As you know in Texas there is anti-billboard sentiments since the days of Lady Bird.

Check out the anti trust laws that are out there that we have to study when getting licensed.
