The Lynchburg web site shows no property owned by KC Realty or Lamont Jones.

I would add that with the wealth of information on the web, you can practice just about everything, up to the point of going through with the purchase.Pick a market, and start farming it remotely.

This is optimized for ease of use as opposed to accuracy.

Those places with the smaller splits can offer to train you, they offer free company cards, free professional photographer services, free web program access that will help market your business, etc.

They also pay for administrative costs such as updating the HOA home owner’s directory, billings and collections, covenant enforcement, routine legal costs, maintaining a web site, posting HOA governing documents on the web site, administrative staff, and other operational costs.
