:@Nick B.Well I am thinking if you enter at a higher cap, you have a better chance at staying at that cap or lowering if the market changes Sure, but chances of entering at a higher cap rate (means "low price") are pretty slim right now. 

If not, maybe a a slim profile bar-height table that can be put against a wall? 

For me, I'd be happy eventually finding a fixer-upper duplex to fourplex that can be fixed up over time with rental income but I see slim pickings so far.

All that said, the likelihood of ever collecting a dime are slim. 

It seems logical by the time it gets to Sean that it could be a little slim or there could be a couple problems.I am not passing judgment on Norada or Marco. 

On the purchasing new properties front, Roofstock pickings for Georgia have been slim to none these last few months. 

LLC's only protect from a lawsuit coming from one direction,  and it's kind of a slim chance direction.   

In the meantime, before I get to know if I'm THAT lucky and property is becoming mine (chances are slim to none), I get my cash frozen for a long period.So.... long story short .... you gotta have a sizable (!!!)

The biggest problem is that if you have to evict, your changes are slim to none you'll ever collect anything. 

Margins are too slim to cover incidentals.
