There are a bunch of details but if you have enough people who want to own a house in the area, you will find someone willing to do a Lease Option and keep you out of bankruptcy.If you didn't read this in it's entirety, you just skimmed over it, you don't have the personality to be successful doing a chapter 13.

I'm mostly focusing on wholesaling right now but these laws would most likely apply to any investor looking for a deal in this state I would imagine.What I've found so far is to absolutely stay away from pre-foreclosures and foreclosures due to "equity skimming" laws (RCW 61.34).
