Hey @Angie Shires the sqft of the home is 1,593 The grading around the house is pretty level there are no Major slopes that iv noticed around it but the contractor I got the quote From said that since the house has no gutters around it to push the water away from the home its the reason for the rain water sitting underneath it and the reason for moisture that's causing the wood to dry rotIv only had one actual person to come out and look at it and give me a quote but I am in search for other contractors at the moment
