Alright Richard, I have to preface this by saying that at this point I was very fresh off the divorce...and not exactly following a Christian lifestyle for a while there.

They sometimes make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year but live just like their neighbors (lower middle class lifestyle) and don't want others to see them differently.

Is it to create passive or active income, create a life style, or create wealth?  

Taxes are around $7K.The town home is in what I call Legacy East is a lifestyle area on the east side of the tollway with about 120 town homes that are 10-and 11-year old split on the north and south side of Legacy.

If you are only trying to avoid another live in person say 7 days a month or something like that and look for someone with a compatable lifestyle.

This lifestyle idea is great for me and what how I would like to live.With all this being said.

I got into this business because I found that I could have a triple win impact (my investors and I make money, the customer/tenant get a clean/quality home for their family and good service, and we improve housing which benefits the community) and I would encourage you to do so as well.Also....Whatever your investment strategy is WILL have an impact on your lifestyle (whether you get sleep, whether you have to worry about your tenants getting shot, etc. etc.). 

start your real estate life style by buying a fourplex via FHA and as soon as you move in get the other units rented with good tenants.

Adjust your lifestyle as needed.
