I spent more emotional energy and time on my first 4 units every month than I now do on 65+ units in an entire year and I self-manage!

I know there are incentives or rebates through focus on energy, but with that program we cannot replace any of our heaters since they do not have incentives for electric base boards heaters and you need to replace your heating source with the same heating technology.

I'm not exactly certain of all the ways to improve research efficiency or by what magnitude, but I'm sure with the help of the BiggerPockets community we will get there.- Zubair
