I just simply wanted to share that landlords are eligible as it is not widely understood.Please, no one should expect this to be a solution, it is a tool in the tool box.I expect more direct relief tailored to landlords to come from elsewhere.

Everything shifts down, so my purchase prices are lower than before the downturn and my sales prices are lower, but my margins are still the same.I will say that if land isn't selling it's for two reasons, it isn't marketed widely enough, or it's priced too high.
