Reliant also gets a lot of venue use during Rodeo Season and people do travel in for that if there is a concert they want to see.

I do have a $1,000 emergency fund saved up but besides that I’m just saving for a wedding.

There is also a concert venue that opened blocks (walking distance) away that has allowed for some people around my neighborhood to Airbnb for 150 to 200 a night (They are doing 3 day festivals every few months so I could stay with family for extra cash flow). 

I know it's seller's market here in SoCal but 27 groups on a Wed and selling within 24 hours makes me wonder whether you could've gotten more for it?

I get your point still:) I've been told there is a monthly luncheon the 2nd Wed of every month somewhere across the street from the Wholefoods on Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach.

If two people have different last names, I guess it would be too much for the field.The lots with no street number are hard for me to research for this particular county, so I was assuming no street number means landlocked, but may just require more research in different venues on my part.

A little over a year ago I started a technology company similar to Airbnb but focused on not only accommodations but also venues, events, experiences, and building a global travel community. 

But how do you focus, and utilize the different venues/tools/resources etc. without getting a BP overload?
