I started listening to podcasts on the way to work and back, and watching YouTube videos every night. 

Offers can be written and signed electronically, you can tour the property with a video call on a smartphone, etc. 

I found BiggerPockets via a Youtube video and I wondered if there is a collective of BiggerPockets thinkers in the UK. 

Their flat rate monthly service covers all materials and labor, wear and tear, tenant turnovers, repairs and replacement, preventative and comprehensive maintenance and home improvements,  Unlike home warranties, they don't charge any deductibles for repairs.Maintenance requests are reported by the tenant using their mobile video app or detected by IoT sensors from connected devices, and sent to the landlord or property manager for approval.

I think it’s luck or it’s simply not happening (and they’re just generating their cash from their YouTube channel and affiliate marketing)Can people post their actual deal metrics for properties they own today?

I guess I need to watch more videos.

They have over $100 billion of real estate assets.I just watched a video of their CEO on YouTube and he said their strategy is simple...

@Brian Johnson I have never been a super handy guy either but I have found that YouTube has videos on pretty much everything. 

Also I keep seeing videos of realtors getting buyers or leads in general from Zillow and Realtor.com what are your thoughts on this?
