Hey Breanne,Not sure how helpful this is but in Washington you're allowed to show properties for lease (different from for sale) as an unlicensed individual as long as someone with a license does the paperwork for the lease.Most states require that you have a real estate license to manage rental property unless you are self-managing.

U did not have a massive army of unlicensed wholesalers going after the same assets.. demand gets high supply gets low prices go up the model becomes less attractive or sustainable.

I know some investors work with unlicensed contractors and get great work with cheaper cost but its all about liability.

The real estate industry has enough problems without "coaching companies" promising us the world.Ok then whats your take and I think this is worse all the unlicensed wholesalers running around selling real estate without a license ?

Instead he sent unlicensed people ( even though i requested several times for licensed plumber because i wanted it to code.)

I would feel very uneasy referring buyers to someone who is unlicensed.
