I think you are to or you wouldn't have gone online to ask advice from strangers.

I’ve reached out to folks here in town with REI experience so I can pick their brains and will be having a one-on-one next week.A buddy of mine, who owns his own business, gave me some advice recently and he said “get comfortable being uncomfortable”… with that I’ve been reaching outside my comfort zone to strangers and anyone else who I think I can learn something from.My biggest fears around REI are: conducting a good analysis and having crappy tenants.Anyone in the Victoria, TX area that would be willing to meet up and let me pick their brain over a cup of coffee?!

If you just met him my advise would be don't take advise from strangers at airports.

(I paid $58 in fees just for a single booking of 2-3 nights)  At least AirBNB and VRBO process the credit cards and I don't have to worry about having a stranger's sensitive information in my possession, much less have to pester them for a billing zip code or CVC number because Booking.com didn't give it to me.

I have a super team that's been assembling, and I am looking to ramp up my networking and connections with investors in the area so please don't be a stranger!
