Shouldn't "legality" be a stronger societal guide than "morality"?

It has a ton of potential because of the location and the huge Air Force base but investors perception of the risk if the base close causes properties there to remain very low priced and so does the rents.

Put it in writing and don't worry about the perception as the vast majority of tenants will ignore their lease anyway.

I've read elsewhere that, despite popular perception to the contrary, research is showing that millennials, once they reach a certain age and begin household formation, are acting just like the generations before them - buying houses in the burbs, spending money on the same things, etc.

They usually have a inflated perception of the value of the property.

That changed my perception of the value of wholesalers.

Sacramento and Fresno both seem like more affordable markets but as I am not knowledgeable on those areas may take less money but more risk to get in as the market seems softer than the east bay(this is just perception not based off any professional analysis).
