Reviewing the Forums in your areas of interest is a great way to soak up valuable information.

I am not a realtor.I've grown to 6 SFHs and 1 duplex, in the last 2 years after saving seed capital for about 2 years.

this site just gets better everyday, sharing info, i need to soak it all in so i can participate after some transactions.
