Hi All,

I'm a newbie with no REI experience whatsoever. I'm learning the basics on terms/math at the moment, and hope to investigate investing strategies that may work for me. I work in the Network Systems space, so I can pretty much move and work in any major metro area, so am considering maybe packing up and heading to a distressed area to buy up rentals. That or investing from afar. I'm living in the Seattle area so would be stoked to connect and hopefully learn from some of you!

Eric
