I'd say the quality of leads vs other online sources has been and still is pretty good. 

The last point I would make is that people sometimes think of Mexico as the wild west, because information is much harder to come by, especially online in English. 

As it is, there are more households forming than there are new construction starts coming online.

Company seems legit from what I can find online, but I can't seem to find any specific MTR landlord feedback on working with them.

If not sold free and clear, the buyer will also be responsible for paying back taxes.
