Facebook link doesn't work.If you are having trouble saving the photo directly from Facebook you can screen shot the photo, paste it into your paint program and then save that as a JPEG or PNG.

I would ask for a raise now, and then rehab for $5-6k (Paint & Floors) the coming year and ask for another raise because of the improvements next summer (Hoping to end up at $725-750 next fall).

If the work does not need to be inspected (Flooring, cabinets, paint, tile, etc) then you would not need permits nor hire a GC or have GC license.
