I think folks dont count on what needs to be done to actually sell 10 years or 15 years down the line.

A VA can definitely help you with these tasks, I prefer folks out of Mexico and Latin America as they have native English and have the best hustle/sales skills, they usually go for $5-$7 dollars/hr for skilled cold callers.

There's a ton happening in the city and folks are finally starting to catch on.

Hey folks, I’m looking into a seller financing arrangement but I’d first like to ask what folks are seeing for seller finance terms in today’s market. 

I know many working class folk in that area who can only afford to go to Branson once a year for a vacation.

Any folks who have experience with property managers, please comment.

Not many private folks are going to lend that kind of money to stay in a 2nd position.
