Account Closed Honestly Charleston is my "lowest" military dependable area that I invest in.

Apart from a world war demanding the immediate construction of massive amounts of military rolling stock, I can't think of one.The city is a third the population it was at its peak.  

Its common for us Military folks…The home that I live in now I can already see that it is not ready to rent.

I was also in the Army, moving around is part of the military life.

Looking for a city that will appricate ( so is currently undervalued ), has a vast pool of renters ( universities or military bases nearby are great ), most (70-80%) can afford the rents on my properties, has low vacancy rates, has a low end that I can get into 10-40k a property, etc...Thanks for the advice and support so far :)

Now that I'm separating from active duty military, I'm ready to get my feet wet in investing.

go spend a day at a military hospital in the burn ward looking at young men with multiple amputations.

I just wanted to let everyone know that we've just created a private area on the site for members of the military and our veterans.

I'm speaking more specifically about the East Central area, like Fort Riley/Manhattan area.I know there's growth in that area with the military driving the Junction City/Fort Riley market upwards... but haven't found anyone or any groups who do that market....anyone here have experience there, or know of groups?
