I just found another possible solution. 

I personally think this is a safe solution.

It will be considered a civil matter with eviction as the only optionThe police are not social workers or a judge looking for an ad hoc solution to a complicated problem.

Can explore a trust too, but depending on number of properties you have and size of this one, might not be the most cost-efficient solution. 

I just want to see if anyone in the community has had success with a solution that seems fair to both parties. 

Mainly Kwikset is cheaper than LLL and that a LLL lost master key could be very bad.I really dislike the number of cylinders I have to have for the Landlord Locks (LLL) solution.   

If so, at some point lenders will not want to lend to you anymore and you'll have to come up with some other solution.
