I'm 29 years old, a recent OSU graduate in marketing and I've been in sales for about 10 years.

I'll do my best to keep it concise and interesting :)About me: - Interest in real estate started while in college (Rich Dad Poor Dad)- Worked in sales and management after graduating- Built a real estate investment portfolio part time while working full time- Quit my W-2 job after 3 years and went full time self employed- Started and sold a successful ECommerce business (Still partial ownership, but silent partner.  4-hour work week anyone?

Are there any other, smaller schools in that area as well or just U of Redlands?

I just recently graduated from the University of Redlands 4 months ago, and immediately dove into the real estate field upon graduation.

For instance if I apply for an FHA loan now, but then in 6 months get accepted to business school and decide to move, would that qualify as a life event?

I did as much due diligence as I could -- double check their numbers, check schools, look at the property in Google Earth, etc.When it came time for an inspection, I got referrals from BP members on who to use.

I'm a 22 year old Clemson graduate who has recently moved to Greenville for work as a full time software developer.

I think I will start out focusing in my area and Midland MI where I go to school. 

I graduated from FSU about 9 years ago.
