Our tax bill on that same property is now over $5000 and is likely headed higher now that the county assessor has seen the renovations we have done.The west coast of Florida is a great place to be - just beware of some twists and turns you may not expect.Good luck with your investments!

If you're renting a home why they're renting it it's not your backyard it's their backyard that's where landlords get it twisted and again my sister-in-law is an attorney for Real Estate and again you can't just add it into a lease it's illegal to just add things into at least after they signed and if you add it into the next one when it wasn't in the original one that's also illegal because that's not your backyard temporarily why they are renting the the home when they're renting the home that is their backyard and as long as it's not a mess and there's a whole bunch of stuff everywhere there should be no problem you can't be like that if you're renting a house to other people unless you want to open up an old person's home and a whole old people community rentals only

Because there are newbies on BP who look to these kind of posts and feel they're inadequate...or who go and dive into dangerous deals in hopes of replicating this and end up getting scammed.If it's too good to be true,it probably is.I'm not a hater,I just like being the gentle voice of reason/caution in the midst of rabid euphoria.If it's a real deal,more power to him.But we don't know that until he gets back on his own thread and provides some meat on the bone.

@Steve GravesCan change people’s mindset, some cities I knwo will even twist the language to block the projectFor those doing JADU, be aware that both Fannie and Freddie currently doesn’t refi on that type of property.
