Being an engineer, I am wondering if there are areas[deal analysis,  underwriting,  acquisition, financing, or investment/funding)  where some automation (intelligent insight, reasoning, and decision support) can help you grow the business. 

But the reduced complexity of the single member set up and the improved liability coverage that is similar to 2 member LLC guided us this way, as well as others good insight.

This consistency reveals a valuable insight: once you identify where and what your target segment is currently renting, buy similar properties.
