Ive got a friend thats selling her house and I'd like give you all the numbers so i can better understand if this might or might not be a short sale and ifso, if its worth looking into?

she is asking 71K with a mortg...

I read a stat that things listed with realtors tend to sell higher, which makes sense.

The rental analysis section stated that commercial and apt rents were examined for similar design and condition but never specified the design and condition that was being considered.

And knowing my financial stats, does it matter starting off in an expensive market like mine or should I look elsewhere, i.e.

By the time you're 18 you will have amazing credit (800+) and can qualify for the majority of financial products.Also start learning how to research titles and examine them this will save yourself alot of time when researching houses.

Anyone have general stats or best guess stats for this?

Just an example of why it is important to take stats in as a whole (not focusing on any one single stat in a vacuum) and to have someone on the ground who knows what's going on right now  - that info won't show up in BLS stats until next year at the earliest.Best of luck in your search!
