I'm 43 years old, and the only thing random, unsolicited texts from unknown numbers get from me is a quick delete and blocking of that number (no matter how great of a deal they are pitching). 

Refund her a prorated portion of the money she has already paid and delete her account from your website.  

I can't figure out how to delete this thread, but I've found an answer to my question. (60 day notice only applies to tenancy at will, but my lease does mention that pets are not allowed without permission, so I will be using that to give a comply or quit notice, and then an eviction.

And they are going to delete your email and never look at your deals again.

Yeah @Jay Hinrichs, I had a ton of my deals of the day posts deleted.

Canadians are rare on here and now that they deleted the Canadian section it’s more difficult to try and find them.

Something like the Schlage BE365VPLY505 would work but then the vendors would have an access code that would still be in the lock until deleted manually.I would appreciate any help and feedback
