:)I suspect if an owner pitched a fit he would get this scenario over turned and the owner would have to go through the legal motions to foreclose.I know in Oregon if you record a lease option and have a fight the judge with require a full blown Sherriff sales which takes a year..

I also installed a security camera that sends me an email alert when it senses motion with a picture of what triggered the motion.I use Homeaway / VRBO and they keep my house full for top dollar rentals.

If you can prove that the only occupants are the previous owners you can file a motion for a writ of possession without going through a full eviction.
