Also, a qualified CPA will need to review ALL documentation, tax returns, cap expend, and anything else you can think of.I'm not saying you shouldn't pursue here but I I have folks I know who buy portfolios this size whenever they are available and I am aware of one in the PA area(some spread out of there as well) that has eerily similar numbers to what you are showing(basically identical).

I don't have any intentions to go to college whatsoever, my current possibilities of work that I am passionate about are real estate, music, and culinary arts, none of which I have any interest of going to college for, thus getting a GED instead of finishing my high school diploma seems like a very good option for me.

If the police are unwilling to do anything they'd probably change their tune if the real identity owner reported it to the police: https://www.bellinghamherald.c...So perhaps seek out the real person (I'm assuming you have the real person's social security number, birthdate and real name so there's a chance you can locate them - and tell them someone rented an apartment using their name, birthdate, and social security number and urge them to contact your local police).
