I would say that many of my partners are the most creative, go-getter type, intelligent and most contribution minded people that I have ever met in my life.But for every one partnership that has worked out amazing, there have been about 4 that did not work.

That's why I'm looking for some creative ideas. 

I've tried convincing my wife to do Airbnb, to offset the $15-$25k annually that we would be paying for the condo, but she wants this place to be solely our home.Looking for any creative ideas from this community.. its hard for me to justify paying that much unless we're actually living there for a majority of the year

Many of them focus on value -adds, creative financing, mom and pops and the multifamily space.  

Also, really looking forward to learning how to get more creative with financing, finding private funding and overall acceleration of acquisitions to achieve my goal of being able to do this full time.

And I would like to ask if anyone has found any rental properties in Lowell aside from the MLS, such as absentee owner or free and clear through creative methods?
