HelloI'm looking to assemble a team for purchasing and managing rentals in Charlotte, and would greatly appreciate referrals for realtors, property management etc that you've had good experience with.I'm planning to start with 1 SFH, and then gradually build a portfolio.

We would be running the STR ourselves, but will obviously need to assemble our super team.Am I missing anything?

Slightly wider than a standard nightstand, no assembly (most nightstands require this) and kills 2 bird with 1 stone. 

Alone, we bring little value to this deal outside of the capital.Our value is in the Team we have assembled over the last few years.

However, the “methodology” is the same; build off-site under controlled conditions and take advantage of assembly-line building practices.

@Steve Matthews I am considering a flat packed house (kind of like IKEA) or a fully assembled home (possibly built into a standard shipping container). 

Top build quality on jigs in a warehouse, great design, and quick assembly along with lower overall cost is a bonus.

If you do have the corner could you buy and assemble other land pieces around it to make it bigger?

Since HUD and Fair Housing go together, I suggest you take proactive measures to get your own housekeeping standards assembled, and to make it part of your lease (or an addendum to your lease as I am doing).

I haven’t done one yet, but have assembled a team from past investments and now have the capital to make it happen.
