I believe that the more civil conveniences you provide the better your tenants will behave.

As the tenants would be students I'm sure I will be having the same issues as you described so the deductible advice was awesome.

So during my inspection period I'll be having my fav contractor come in as well as my hvac guy.  

They are seeming to be having more issues that a lot of people are seeing else where with higher tides etc.   

I believe the SF market and luxury condo market might behave differently however I don’t do much in that space and don’t track the data so I will not be speculating on it.On the MF side were still actively buying anything that makes sense in our target areas.

It will also help assure you of things are doing correctly but may be having some doubts. + it may be helpful when you speak to wife and tell her about your decision and that you have run your ideas by another person for a feedback.

It was arcing and generally not behaving properly. ;-) The connector at the meter had to be replaced.

Most of me believes that we both do but I might be having a hard time seeing my own bias.
