We have plugged in a few deals and made it work but they were all on the HudHomes website and most don't even have contact information.

It just seems hard for these sites to get enough travelers using them, unless you have a property targeting a very niche tenant type that uses a specific website to find housing.

For me with my PM as long as it is transparent what my fee does cover and what is extra, I'm fine with it (and my PM is very transparent-they list it on their website which is one reason I went with them).

Just read an article on ian appito(mangled that im sure) website about senior housing occupancy is dropping dramatically, and not to trust demographic tailwinds just because they sound like good ideas!
