I only work with investors as an agent, and provide A-Z experience, resources, connections, etc. to help investors in the region.

You could keep the right deals as rentals and flip the rest for income.As an investor, you can control the process from A-Z and just worry about meeting your own goals.

So a person can try and list at each sight alone, spend countless hours, spend a bunch of $, or just get a RW Advisor, hit that E-Z button and get 4,000X the exposure they can ever get on there own. 

Honestly my advice is to develop as many relationships as you can best of luck -z

@Dustan Marshall so I’m just in the starting phases of this process to retire with my end already planned  just gotta get to it   I’m at like step C on a journey to Z   How did the transition go for you?
