If you like sports, this is your town!

From the University extending towards downtown, west, and south of campus, the small older neighborhoods have been converted to apartments/condos and new living communities targeting students and alumni (as the big three sports garner more success, more alumni want to come back).

@Jonathan Johnson, before you go through the time and effort of putting a scope of work and estimates together, I would make the seller name an asking price (unless he has done this already and I didn't see the post), that way you'll know if you are playing the same sport, let alone in the same ballpark.  

If you ever have a problem house that you need to sell...Also, I'll be in Campbell in a couple of weeks for my son's Volleyball tournament (he's got sports tournaments in Campbell a couple of times a year), so we get to spend the day in your cool little town.

My 2 oldest sons (college students) just stopped in at Bentley Gold Coast in Chicago and have decided they want to skip buying a sports car now and want to put their money in RE.

@Frances Evans, I've owned a SFR near Pinnacle Peak for ~10 years and I've used the same property manager for nearly the entire period.  

I put together a meet up group in Pace on the first Monday of the month at the Oops Alley Sports Bar at 6pm.
