Essentially, I get out of the Army in one year.

Has anyone had success in those areas I know leavenworth has army base which is why it interest   me. 

Most kids at 18 barely know how to walk and chew gum at the same time, yet at 18 you already own property, enlisted in the Army and you are asking us how can you invest while on Active Duty!  

You definitely wanna get a feel for the areas by visiting or through someone else because it can vary street by street.Corktown/midtown are highly invested in so I’d stay out of there but some other places I recommend on the east side are islandview, in and around Indian village, morningside/east English village area.
