I'm enrolled in a class that requires me to build my own site, so I won't be using them, but it does look like it could save a lot of time.

I'm currently enrolled in RE Express.

He mentioned to me that he had try to enroll in a program to learn how to fix/flip properties in LA.

The Grove holds less than 2% of the total campus enrollment and the last time I checked the sum of the campus-affliated housing units was around 24%.  

I also am considering enrolling in a few CCIM development courses and Cornell's ecourse for real estate development.

I agree with other posters, that this course your enrolled in would be spending money you be better off saving for investments.  

The one weak point for tech would be that the Big 12 (a huge selling point for the school) is dying so they may not be a part of a major athletic conference after 2025, and that could hurt enrollment.
